Hey, my friend! This is Thomas Waterman, Founder of Humans Together.
I want you to know that I get it. I know how frustrating it can feel trying to figure out this whole humans working together on a mission thing. It can feel hopeless at times and pointless to keep trying to figure out. It can even feel like maybe it’s time to just accept that productive working with other people is just impossible and destined to be tense.
These feelings are so real for so many people. You are NOT alone. I have felt that too before my relational awakening. And still do sometimes.
These days, I find myself able to do amazing things with other people and enjoy the ride with them along the way. This especially includes people I disagree with or experience conflict with.
I’ve been lucky enough to learn many lessons from the arena of my own human relationships, as well as from many brilliant relationship practitioners I know.
From these lessons, Humans Together Practices were birthed. And these practices continue to make my experience working on teams with people peaceful, productive and quite meaningful.
